In today's fast-paced and stressful world, it's easy to get caught up in negative thoughts and emotions. However, it's important to remember that our thoughts and emotions have a powerful impact on our lives, and our minds have the magic formula to redirect and correct misalignment when we can connect brain to body and flow.
Manifestation is a phrase commonly spoken in today's spiritually awakening world. In short, what we put out we get back, what we believe we will achieve and what we manifest we will attract. If we focus on negativity, we attract more negativity into our lives. On the other hand, if we focus on positivity, we can attract more positivity and manifest good things into our lives.
So do you need to be at a point of awakening to manifest, no! We can all do it daily by simply focusing on our individual flow.
My Top 5 Tips
See The Goal You Want to Achieve
Visualization is a powerful tool that can help you manifest your dreams into reality. Take some time to visualize what you want to achieve in your life. Imagine yourself already achieving your goals and feel the emotions associated with it. One of my all time favourite pioneers in this space is Gabrielle Bernstein. Her book Super Attractor is a must read for an easy to understand pathway to the laws of attraction in your life. This will help you attract the positive energy needed to make your dreams come true.
Practice Gratitude
Gratitude is another powerful tool that can help you bring in positive energy. Take some time each day to reflect on the things you're grateful for in your life. This can be anything from having a roof over your head to having supportive friends and family. But sometimes it is not as simply to access that gratitude. I love using tools like Self-Love & gratitude journals and there are some great ones out there right now! It seems everyone is becoming a guru at making these great tools but here is a personal favourite of mine. Easy to use and great guidance for taking thankful steps. When you focus on the good things in your life, you attract more good things.
Use Affirmations
Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself to help you shift your mindset and attract positive energy. Choose affirmations that resonate with you and repeat them to yourself daily. Examples of affirmations include "I am worthy of love and happiness" or "I am capable of achieving my goals." For some this may be easy and others, a little guidance is a good start. I personally love affirmation cards and my instagram is all part of my therapeutic writing journey @rach_mehaffey
Surround Yourself With The Good Things
The people and things you surround yourself with can have a big impact on your energy. Surround yourself with positive people who uplift you and inspire you. Fill your environment with things that bring you joy, such as uplifting music, inspirational quotes, or photos of loved ones. Bring what you want to be into view by surrounding yourself with those that already are. It is a true strength to be able to anchor oneself back to the present and be able to be positive in the present moment. I know you all would have heard if not read Eckhart Tolle The Power Of Now but if you have not, it is a must read!
Let Go Of What Is No Longer Serving
Finally, it's important to let go of negativity in your life. This can be anything from toxic relationships to negative self-talk. When you let go of negativity, you make space for positivity to come in. What no longer serves us, we need to release in order to open the door for what will. Personally this works best for me by either visualising the cutting of an energetic cord to the negative connection and severing the tie or, for the harder to break ones, a physical offering. Writing down what I am letting go of. Placing all of that energy, blockage and negativity into the words on a piece of paper then placing them in a bowl (flame proof and in a safe space) & lighting them ablaze feels like an offering to the universe of the cleansed energy I no longer need and it can cherish and remold.
All you need to do to bring in positive energy and manifest good things into your life is live presently. This means a shift in mindset and a change in practice by incorporating some or all of the tools highlighted above. Remember, what you focus on expands, so focus on the positive and watch the good things flow.
